That's some funny, there. Though I'll admit that I didn't know that the torch run before the Olympics was first organized for the 1936 games. Link and more info at RNS.

Basically, I don't mess with them unless you're out of line or spamming. The definition of "out of line" is 'whatever Murdoc feels is out of line' but is generally limited to truly hateful stuff.
