Saddam feared getting AIDS, venereal disease
He must have seen the Oprah episode where she said that by 1990 1 in 5 Americans might be dead from AIDS.

Basically, I don't mess with them unless you're out of line or spamming. The definition of "out of line" is 'whatever Murdoc feels is out of line' but is generally limited to truly hateful stuff.
