I know that there is a SeaRAM (which replaces the 20mm gun with a Rolling Airframe Missile launcher) on the USS Independence (LCS 2) but I don’t know if any other ships have it yet.

The SeaRAM is still new to the US Navy, but several US warships in service presently use the RIM-116 RAM system;

I don’t see why they don’t create a larger system with both the 20mm M61A1 and RIM-116 missiles. Or better yet upgun to a 25mm GAU-12/U.
