Big anti-mortar radar not working — how about the little one?


The 20-year-old Q-37 Firefinder anti-mortar radar isn’t up to the job in Iraq, reports DefenseTech. There’s debate whether the system, originally designed to detect artillery from up to 50km away, is being used correctly.

  1. Off the subject, but has anyone checked out the new laser rifle(SF-1 stavatti gasdynamic) coming out in full production in 2015? Just a thought Murdoc, try doing an article on this, that would be awesome!
