Hopefully this is going to work out and the toll will be far lower than some have been predicting.

While this certainly doesn’t confirm my earlier suspicion about hyping the predicted toll during the great FEMA/Bush pile-on, I’m still wondering if that might not have been at least a little bit of what was going on.

Really, though, I don’t care why. If the toll is lower, we should all be happier.
