“This corner under NEW NON-COMMIE MANAGEMENT”

You Snooze, You Loose. Code Pink is BANNED

This is the funniest news I’ve heard in a long, long time. The Code Pink morons let the demonstration permit for their favorite spot, the corners at the entrance to Walter Reed Medical Center, EXPIRE.

They’re out.

That is some seriously funny shit. I don’t know how else to put it. What morons.

I don’t know if they can apply for another permit, and if they get it if they can set up shop on the same spots or not. In any case, this clearly demonstrates (pun alert!) the stupidity of these people.

Spread the word. (via John at The Officers’ Club)

  1. the best part of that story is the way the pro-America counter-protestors took over their corner. They posted a great sign: ‘Now Under Non-Commie Management.’

  2. Oh yeah it was quite an evening! And it was good to chase the Pinkos off, I’ll tell you that. But more importantly, if anyone thinks that this is just childish horseplay I assure you that is wrong. The troopers in the hospital know full well what goes on every Friday night outside the gates. Many can see us from their hospital windows. And having spoken with many of them (inside and outside of the hospital), the sentiment is overwhelmingly that they despise the Pinios. The very reason that we counter the Pinkos every Friday is so that the soldiers etc won’t just have them to look at. And something else; every Friday at 9:15-9:30 a busload of troops returns from a nice DC restaurant, Fran O’Briens, and reenters the hospital at the gates where we are. The troops on the bus have taken to flipping off any Pinkos that are still hanging around (they usually go home at 9pm sharp, so as to avoid the bus we believe). I’ve seen this with my own eyes, as they make a point of turning on the lights in the bus so the Pinkos can see their ‘birds’! All in all I figure it’s the least I can do to help out our wounded.
