Murdoc’s no lawyer, but since Imus was hired specifically to be “controversial” and “irreverent” I suspect that he’ll either A) win in court or B) get a nice big settlement.

And when he does it will set off all sorts of folks all over again. Yay.


  1. I didn’t realize CBS is trying to scres him on the contract. I assumed they would go the O&A route and keep paying him not to work – that way all his listeners don’t just tune in to the station that hires him.
