Operation Bold Step

The Royal Navy Invincible-class aircraft carrier HMS Illustrious (R 06), and Nimitz-class aircraft carriers USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) and USS Dwight D.   1. MO, Did you read in the linked article that the exercise in question is a ‘forward-certifying event’? I don’t know what that means, but I can’t believe that was the best way to express the thought.
