Navy Short on Shipbuilding Funds

well, No one who has been actually paying attention to the issue. That, of course, leaves out most occupants of the 5-sided puzzle palace.
The Navy is screwed – if they ask for more money, someone will ask what did they spend their money on…and all they can point to is billions of dollars going down the DDX & LCS rat holes.
