Sometimes I wonder if LockMart (or better — Boeing — as you should see the media stuff the FCS division cranks out) put the dollars and effort they are using to market a product they already have a contract for into actually engineering that product that we wouldn’t be getting that product sooner and cheaper.
Or more simply: LockMart, quit wasting your time making marketing videos and build the damn plane!
F-35 building the plane? not a problem. The real problem? building a plane that because of an incomplete software package, can’t actually perform its mission.
Hawk these days Lockheed Martin, Boeing, and all the major companies have to do these things to try to win over our scumbag politicians and to some extent the general population. All the crazy moonbat liberals who want to reduce our military to the size of the Rhode Island National Guard (no offense guardsmen) will be the death of us.
“F-35 building the plane? not a problem. The real problem? building a plane that because of an incomplete software package, can’t actually perform its mission.”
Don’t worry James.
The lads at Nintendo have that software problem just about straightened out.
