I suspect that the face staring our from the cover is what many found when they took the time to actually READ the new “stimulus” bill.
Such a pretty face, they thought, then they looked at the cover and realized they were staring at death warmed over :)
It’s a free market (sorta). Come up with a better meme or stop complaining. :)
