So what’s keeping him from customizing that weapon?

I’ve got that exact same rifle! Except it doesn’t have that flash muzzle, or the scope, or that brown thing on the side. Also, it only shoots regular .22 bullets, and doesn’t have a magazine, and is made of wood, and is not painted with camouflage.
Other than that, it’s like looking in a mirror.

GL: Those are only for killing kittens and baby seals.
So, yeah, Kevin has one. And probably a spare.
