It may also be that the voting majority is less willing to entertain the anti-war group since by and large Obama has not deviated from his two main campaign promises regarding Irag and Afghanistan. Namely, set a specific timetable for troop withdrawal from Iraq and make Afghanistan a higher priority.

One of the things which angers me about the Anti-War Clueless Clods of the Loony Left, is they refuse to even consider any of the many facts which prove them wrong. Something which angers me even more is they also refuse to answer many, and sometimes any, of the questions I ask them.

And as I ALWAYS answer any questions asked me on any subject, this really frustrates me. (Well, I answer them IF I know they have been asked.) Sadly, I find most Christians also do the same when I ask them questions.

I can only guess the members of both groups are so afraid their honest answers will prove to themselves their positions are intenable, they refuse to answer them.

One might note that the media collective did report our dear friend, Cindy Sheehan, is demonstrating at the Obama family vacation site. I may think she’s a fruitcake and I certainly don’t agree with her but she is, at least, consistent.

BINGO!

I’ve always believed the greatest advantage the MSM gave the Dems/Left is (or was) in controlling the public perception of THIER party.

The second most important advantage they had was in controlling the public perception of the opposition.

The internet has blown that out of the water. Well, most of it.

Those of us motivated to look can now witness the seedy underside of the leftists, 24/7. And the number of such motivated voters will continue to skyrocket for years, IMO.

Now if the Republicans/Libertarians/Constitutionists, etc could figure out how to get their true identities on display, problem number two could be solved too. But I’m less optimistic on that one….

Murdoc, I wrote a ton of opeds during the Bush years saying that despite all the rhetoric, the Dems didn’t have the courage to pull out of Iraq and be accused of creating another Vietnam. Appears this prediction has come to pass.

But without the Surge it might have been a different story.
