If they were just copies and no more, Iran would have been better off drawing on Swedish and to a lesser extent French originals. That’s for parts reasons and because of the design considerations those countries had. It’s possible that – beneath the surface – there are real differences aligning these aircraft more with those than with US ones.

“Saegheh” apparently means “thunder.”

Certainly don’t appear to be. I scrolled through a bunch of other pics of the event and didn’t see any of the two-stabilizer variety.
