Just do what used to happen in foreign enclaves in China, put them outside. After all, they would be in Cuba anyway if the enclave were closed the way Cuba wants. Imagine that! It's almost like Bush wasn't just a power hungry fascist. I'm sure the last administration will get a big apology from the current one any day now. The press will be sure to point out everything I just said, to be fair to all parties. Party politics and political ideology are so poisonous to national security. I'm just happy to see that this administration isn't actually so deluded as to believe its own campaign rhetoric.
