  1. Was a glorious warm and sunny day in Bath, Maine. Made a pot of beef stew and had biscuits and honey to go with it. Went for a walk later and a couple pints of Guinness at the pub.

Got a bunch of things to get done before Thursday, when the young’n and I head down to Washington for the MilBlogger’s Conference.

But yeah… I am so happy to see winter gone and warmth returning to my days.

  2. It’s been a rough long winter alright.

Hopefully, it behind us and as the days are getting longer the temperatures will rise.

I spent some time cutting the grass and trimming the hedge on Easter day. I must be getting old or the lawn is getting bigger!

  3. Don’t put that parka away just yet.

The volcanic eruption in Iceland will put a chill on things through next winter. And IIRC, the current el nino doesn’t deserve a capital E and N.

  4. The Earth Gods are angry…….AGAIN!
