      1. Yes, one of our favorite bitch topics back in the day. Our grandfathers went to Italy, France, and Germany – Nicaragua, Panama, Honduras, and the Dominican Republic. Even during WWII, Marines had down-time in Australia and New Zealand. All places with nice scenery, good beer, wine or booze, and beautiful women.

        Now – all places that look like the surface of the moon with zero booze and inaccessible women.

    You are correct sir. You are absolutely correct. :)

      1. Not much action in Africa. Somalia didn’t act up until Rangers had replaced the Marines there (and the Marines sailed away with their assault carrier and armor). A few embassy protection and evacuation missions. But no big battles in Africa (world shithole headquarters) for the USMC. All the other continents are well represented in their battle history.
